Samuel J. Gee is a registered U.S. patent attorney. His practice focuses on complex patent portfolio development and management, including strategic preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the United States and throughout the world. He also has experience in litigation, licensing, and enforcement of patents, trademarks, and other types of intellectual property.

Mr. Gee partners with a variety of clients including individuals, small businesses, and Fortune 100 corporations to prepare and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications, collaborating with both inventors and in-house counsel. His experience includes diverse areas of technology, including software related to various industries, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) models, wireless communication technologies, object and facial recognition, virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) systems, aerospace and defense systems, smart HVAC systems, telecommunications, inventory and warehouse management, cybersecurity, application development, financial systems, thermoplastic welding equipment and processes, chemical compositions, polymer coatings, oil and gas drilling, welding equipment, and home and commercial appliances technology fields, among others.

Mr. Gee is admitted to practice in Texas and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
