John T. Davis is a registered U.S. patent attorney. His practice focuses on preparation, filing, and prosecution of patent applications in the United States and throughout the world. He has experience in litigation, procurement, licensing, and enforcement of patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other types of intellectual property. He has also practiced in varied and diverse areas of civil litigation; real estate transactions; business and commercial transactions and disputes; and estate planning and probate.
Mr. Davis has worked with a variety of clients including individuals, small businesses, and Fortune 500 corporations, collaborating with both inventors and in-house counsel. His experience includes diverse areas of technology involving hydroponics; fitness products and durable medical equipment; consumer and industrial safety equipment, infrastructure, and tools; cryptocurrency, renewable energy generation and application; software, operating systems, networking, and hardware. Recent projects include patent prosecution in the areas of artificial intelligence; computer vision; image analysis; e-commerce; cloud computing; process controls and supply chain management; next-generation telecommunications; aerospace engineering; and on-demand multimedia content delivery.
