BJF accepts clients only in accordance with certain formal procedures, and renders legal advice only after completion of those procedures. To obtain legal representation from BJF, you must first undergo a personal interview with a BJF attorney and establish an attorney-client relationship with BJF under an Engagement Agreement. Barta, Jones & Foley, PLLC is a professional corporation. Such a legal entity does not have partners in the legal sense of the word “partner”, but rather has shareholders. However, because of the prevalence in the legal industry to refer to attorneys with seniority as “partners,” we have referred to various attorneys throughout this website as “partners.” Such titling should not be inferred as imputing any ownership and/or liability with respect to Barta, Jones & Foley, PLLC.
